Simple Business Checking Disclosure

This is a business checking account - not intended for personal use. The minimum opening deposit for this account is $100.00. Service charges for this account consists of a tiered monthly fee based on the number of items* processed per statement cycle as described below:

•     0 –   100 Items            $  0.00

• 101 –   150 Items            $  5.00

• 151 –   300 Items            $  7.00

• 301 –   500 Items            $  9.00

• 501 – 1000 Items            $11.00

 Limitations – Account holders that process more than one thousand (1000) items on a regular basis are not eligible for this account. If the account processes more than one thousand (1000) items for two (2) months in a twelve (12) month period, we will convert the account to our Business Analysis Checking account and the current disclosure for this account will be provided. Businesses are not eligible for this account if they are Treasury Management Customers, utilize Coin/Cash Services or are subject to Enhanced Due Diligence.
