Freedom Flex Checking Account Disclosure

Meet the Freedom Flex criteria to waive the monthly service charge. Freedom Flex criteria is as follows:

1. Minimum of fifteen (15) posted Debit Card POS (point-of-sale) Transactions by the last business day of the month

2. AND one of the following additional criteria:

   -One (1) or more posted Direct Deposit(s) - minimum of $500.00 monthly (cumulative - e.g. could have two (2) that are $250.00 each)

   -Two (2) or more posted Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Debits (excluding electronic checks) monthly

   -Primary owner of a companion Savings or Money Market account with a minimum $1,000.00 daily balance

If the above criteria is NOT met, the account does NOT qualify and will be assessed a $5.00* monthly service fee.

*No monthly service charge is assessed when the primary owner on the account is less than twenty-four (24) years of age. Upon reaching the age of twenty-four (24), the monthly service charge will be assessed unless Freedom Flex criteria is met. This account type is limited to one per primary account holder if the account holder is less than twenty-four (24) years of age.

Effective September 1, 2026, Eastern Colorado Bank will no longer be a member of MoneyPass® ATM network. Foreign ATM and cash back surcharge fees may be reimbursed up to $12.00 per statement cycle, provided all Freedom Flex qualifying criteria are met. The reimbursement will occur on the day the statement is generated. Accounts that do not meet the required eligibility criteria will receive no reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts are limited to actual surcharges incurred and are subject to eligibility requirements.

This account has a paper statement fee of $3.00** per monthly statement cycle; this fee is waived if enrolled in eStatements which requires an Online Banking login.

** No paper statement fee is assessed when the primary owner on the account is less than twenty-four (24) years of age. Upon reaching the age of twenty-four (24), the paper statement fee will be assessed; this fee is waived if enrolled in eStatements which requires an Online Banking login.
