BANK ON CHECKING DISCLOSURE

This account has a monthly service fee of $5.00.

This account has a paper statement fee of $2.00 per monthly statement cycle; this fee is waived if enrolled in eStatements which requires an Online Banking login.

Effective September 1, 2026, Eastern Colorado Bank will no longer be a member of the MoneyPass® ATM network. Foreign ATM surcharge fees may be assessed. These fees may be reimbursed up to $6.00 per statement cycle. The reimbursement will occur on the date the statement is generated. Reimbursement amounts are based on actual surcharges incurred.

Free branch access, free telephone banking, free online banking, mobile banking, and banking alerts.

The service fees are waived for Online Banking Bill Pay.

This account is not eligible for Courtesy Pay or Courtesy Pay PLUS.

This account has no overdraft or non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees.

BANK ON MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND CHARGES

DEPOSIT ACCOUNT FEES

• Stop Payment: $35.00 per item

STANDARD ACCOUNT FEES

Standard Account Research Fees:

• $5.00 per recreated periodic statement including all items that appeared in original statement. No delivery fee for Standard Account Research items if delivered in a secure electronic manner or picked up in-branch. If items are to be shipped, a trackable delivery service will be used, and customer will authorize a debit to the customer's Eastern Colorado Bank account for the delivery fee.

Subpoena/Summons Research Fees:

• • $25.00 per hour, minimum (1) hour

  • Plus $10.00 per recreated statement

  • Plus $3.00 per other bank document (E.g., Signature Cards, Authorization Forms, Notices, Etc.)

IRS Research Fees:

• Current Fees as disclosed by IRS

• Check Copy Fee: $3.00 per item

• Foreign Currency Exchange Fee: $25.00 per order - $30.00 per order for non-customer

• Collection Fee: $20.00 per incoming or outgoing item

• Garnishment: $150.00 per garnishment

• Charge for Temporary Checks (after account opening): $1.00 for up to three (3) checks

BANK SERVICE FEES

• Online Banking: No charge

• Online Banking Bill Pay: No charge

• Incoming Wires: No Fee

• Outgoing Wires:

  • Domestic Wires: $20.00 per wire

  • International Wires: $50.00 per wire

• Check Cashing: Non-customer/not on-us checks:

  • Corporate Check/Government Check - 1% of check, $10.00 minimum

  • Personal check will be Corporate Check/Government Check fee plus $5.00 surcharge

• Sending a fax: No charge for Customer - $5.00 per fax for non-customer

• Photo Copy: $0.25 per page

• Coin/Currency Ordered: Coin; $0.20 per Roll, $8.00 per box Currency: $0.50 per Strap

• Coin Rolling Fee for Non-customers: 5% of loose coin or $5.00 minimum (whichever is greater)

• Cash & Coin Deposit Bags: No charge

• Notary Service: No charge for customers

MONETARY INSTRUMENTS FEES

• Personal Money Order: $2.35 additional fee per Money Order

• Cashier's Check: $5.00 additional fee per Cashier's Check

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX FEE

• Boxes are available at Cheyenne Wells, Limon, Sharon Springs, Kit Carson and Burlington Only. Boxes will be rented to current Bank customers only.  Box rent must be auto-debited from an active Checking or Savings account with the Eastern Colorado Bank on its annual due date.

• Available Box Sizes and Annual Rent – Small: $45.00, Medium: $60.00, Large: $75.00, X-Large: $100.00

• Replace Lost Keys(s): $50.00 per key

• Drill Safe Deposit Box: $250.00
